We spoke with Rafhael Romero Bentos, an associate at Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados in Brazil. Rafhael, who recently completed an MSc in tax law at the University of Oxford, is one of the co-founders of Mattos Filho’s LGBT+ network, #mfriendly. In this podcast, he discusses why launching the network was so important and how collaboration has been essential for creating a more inclusive legal profession in Brazil.
