Chambers and Partners D&I Manager, Luke Vincett, spoke with Robin White, a Barrister at Old Square Chambers. We discussed Robin’s journey to the profession, what diversity means to her and some of the D&I work that won Robin our ‘Diversity and Inclusion: Outstanding Contribution’ award at the Chambers UK Bar Awards 2022. We also touched on the current debate on transgender rights and the passage of the Gender Recognition Reform bill that was passed through the Scottish Parliament before being blocked by the Westminster Government.
