Chambers and Partners D&I Manager, Luke Vincett, spoke with Katharina Rall, Senior Researcher, Environment and Human Rights at Human Rights Watch. We discussed why climate breakdown is a human rights issue and the legal work being carried out from Haiti to Germany to create frameworks and legislation that will enable it to be tackled. We also spoke about how law firms and individual lawyers can assist this work and, through both internal and external initiatives, play a role in moving towards a sustainable future.
