Chambers Diversity & Inclusion Awards: Asia - Pacific 2020

Mumbai

Logo Media Legal Defence InitiativeWe are delighted to announce details of the inaugural Chambers Diversity and Inclusion Awards: Asia-Pacific 2020 which will take place on Thursday, March 5 2020 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Mumbai, India. We are pleased to announce that our charity partner will be MLDI – Media Legal Defence Initiative.

Our host for the evening will be our Head of Diversity & Inclusion, Dee Sekar. As a UK-based lawyer, Dee is a passionate advocate for inclusion and pro bono in the legal profession and leads the global D&I programme at Chambers. She has moderated and spoken at events in the USA, Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific.

The Chambers Diversity & Inclusion Awards celebrate in-house legal teams and law firms who are furthering the advancement of diversity and inclusion. With clients increasingly demanding to see improvements in inclusion from their law firms, the awards provide an opportunity for both general counsel and law firms to demonstrate the key work and success they are bringing to shifting the inclusion dial. The awards also provide the opportunity to shine the spotlight on role models and trailblazers in pro bono and corporate social responsibility as well as inclusion.
