D&I mission statement
Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) is integral to Chambers’ strategy of corporate responsibility and sustainability.
We are committed to fostering and promoting an inclusive professional environment for all our employees. Some of our key internal practices:
– We have an internal D&I network open to all of our employees called INSPIRE
– We have an INSPIRE committee composed of 16 employees from across the business
– All our leadership team receive bi-monthly inclusive leadership training from our Head of D&I, Dee Sekar
– All of our leadership team are executive sponsors for the following areas: Gender, Race & Ethnicity, LGBT+, Disability, Age, Parents & Carers, Social Mobility, Mental Health and Well-being.
